CertQuest offers a Free Plan, which allows you to access one exam simulation, and a Premium Plan, which provides unlimited access to all simulations for $9 USD per month. The Premium Plan is a recurring subscription and will renew automatically unless canceled.

2. Refund Policy

Refunds for the Premium Plan may be requested within 30 days of purchase; however, approval of refund requests is at the sole discretion of CertQuest. By subscribing, you acknowledge and agree to this policy.A processing fee of $1 will be charged for each refund request approved. Please note that refunds will not be issued for incorrect purchases.CertQuest offers a 100% money-back guarantee only if you fail the actual exam on your first attempt, provided you have completed at least three practice exams with a passing score of 70% or higher (or the equivalent passing percentage for the real exam). This ensures that users who actively engage with our platform receive the best preparation.
